Cleanroom Sticky Mats have multi-layered clean-film with adhesive. These mats effectively capture dirt and dust from foot-traffic and equipment wheels before they enter controlled environments. Each layer of the mat peels off easily to reveal a new clean surface. Sticky mats significantly reduce traffic-borne contaminants, removing up to 95% of particles at the .30-micron range. When one layer is saturated with debris, simply peel it off and discard, leaving a fresh layer of protection. Reduce maintenance and cleaning costs by greatly decreasing the amount of dirt contamination. An acrylic adhesive is used which does not support microbial growth. They are packaged as 30 disposable layers in a box and sold as a case of 8 boxes or 240 mats. Available colors are White and Blue. Frame is not included.

A sticky mat, also called a tacky mat or cleanroom mat, is a mat with an adhesive surface that is placed at the entrances or exits to certain workplaces to remove contaminants from the bottoms of footwear and wheeled carts such as hand trucks

Sticky mats are made by high quality low density polyethylene materials and water-based adhesive. Sticky mats can capture and remove the last traces of contamination on shoes or wheels effectively at entrances of regulated or critical areas. Several levels of tackiness are available for use with a variety of shoes and tooties. Consecutively numbered tabs help to keep track of the number of sheets remaining and prevent multiple sheets being removed inadvertently.
